The Cosmos Hub holds a special place in Sikka's heart as Dev and Sunny are both core developers and contributors to the Gaia State Machine, Cosmos SDK, and Tendermint Core codebases, which together make up the Cosmos Hub.
Armed with our deep knowledge of the technical codebase for the Cosmos Hub, Sikka sets out to make one of the most secure validators for the chain, ready to play an active role in the governance and development of the blockchain.
We currently run a validator node in a highly secure datacenter based out of the UC Berkeley campus, with a resilient multi-cloud sentry architecture.
Sikka has been running Cosmos Hub testnet validators since February of 2018, starting with the Gaia-3000 series, and participated in the Game of Stakes experiment.
